1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are creating the profile for yourself.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

3. Member Conduct

You agree to use SilverSingles Canada respectfully and in line with our Community Guidelines. Harassment, fraud, impersonation and misuse of the platform are prohibited and may result in suspension or removal of your account.

4. Content You Share

You retain ownership of the photos and profile content you upload, and you grant SilverSingles Canada a licence to display that content to other members as part of the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload.

5. Membership and Billing

Free and Premium membership terms, including billing, renewal and cancellation, are described on our Membership page and in our Subscription Terms.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

7. Disclaimers

SilverSingles Canada helps you connect with other members but does not guarantee compatibility or the outcome of any interaction. Members are responsible for their own conduct and safety when communicating with, or meeting, other members.
