These terms describe how Premium membership billing, renewal and cancellation work.
Free and Premium Membership
Creating a profile and browsing SilverSingles Canada is free. Premium membership unlocks additional features, described on our Membership page, for a recurring subscription fee.
Pricing and Currency
Billing and Renewal
Premium membership is billed on a recurring basis and renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Cancellation
You can request cancellation from account settings before your next renewal date to stop future billing. Cancelling stops future charges but does not delete your account or profile; to remove your account entirely, use the account deletion option described in our Privacy Policy.
