Block and Reporting Help
Step-by-step guidance for using the block and report tools, so you always feel in control of who can contact you.
How to Block a Member
Open the member's profile or your conversation with them, then select the block option. Once blocked, that member can no longer view your profile, send you messages, or see that you're active on the platform. Blocking does not notify the other member.
How to Report a Member
From the same profile or conversation, select the report option and choose the reason that best describes the issue. Include any relevant detail so our support team has full context when reviewing your report.
Blocking and Reporting Together
You can block and report a member at the same time, or do one without the other. Blocking is the faster way to immediately stop contact, while reporting shares the issue with our support team for review.
